Friday Five: January 11

A couple of years ago I used to do a Friday Five where I would round up the 5 things that inspired me that week. I stopped to give you guys more substance in a blog post -- now currently called Weekend Update -- but this week just more so felt like doing a quick Friday Five. Maybe I'll switch off between both formats? You guys can let me know what you like better in the comments below!

Weekend Update: May 19

Happy Friday! The weather this week has been amazing -- especially today when it's 70 and sunny. The perfect spring day. Warm weather gets me out of my cube and out on the streets so hopefully the trend continues!

Weekend Update: May 5

Happy Friday, friends! Tomorrow I turn the big 2-6 (which is how old I've been saying I am since last year). I seemed to have skipped over being 25. Hopefully, I'm off to Florida this weekend -- weather depending. Wish me luck!

Weekend Update: April 28

Happy Friday! We have been dealing with the WEIRDEST fog lately in the city I just don't know what to do about it. I hate what it's doing to my hair especially... I just want to wear my summer dresses and have it be happy and bright out! Spring, were art thou? 

Weekend Update: April 14

Happy Friday! I am officially back in regularly scheduled programming and slowly getting my routine set for the coming months. It feels good to have a set routine (especially in the morning) but even better to just be at home and do what needs to get done. It's been a productive week!

Weekend Update: March 31

T-minus 24 hours guys! I have so much left to do before I leave tomorrow morning. So much that instead of just freaking out and dying over it you kind of just have this calm about you. It's a dangerous thing!

  Stayed up way too late to watch UofA lose last night :( My sister went there and I was really hoping (aka I picked them to win in my bracket) they could play Kentucky for the national championship! BUH.

What a crazy (and kind of quick) week. We had a major blizzard on Tuesday and March Maddness (my favorite time of the year) started yesterday. So excited to get into what made my week great....

Good week, but super fast. Also, this weather ... W. T. F?! It was 60 degrees yesterday and today I can't see out my windows because its so snowy. UGH GIVE ME SPRING ALREADY!

Not going to lie it's been a weird week for me. I've just been really "off" lately, super emotional and have strayed away from my normal everyday to-do list (really I've been MIA from my normal life). I'm off to Chicago this weekend and it couldn't have come at a better time. Excited to share the good parts of my week with you all below!

Can anyone believe Thanksgiving is next week?? So crazy! Does anyone else felt like the holidays totally snook up on us? I'll be in North Carolina next week for Thanksgiving visiting my cousins (one of which just started a blog!) so I'm excited to escape the city for a nice weekend. Happy Friday! Anyone else happy the election is over? I'm most happy that we can finally start to focus on the holidays!! It's the best time of the year :) Wooo!!
