The Details of Our Reception Dinner

When I posted my Q&A last week of our small wedding, and how you could plan your own during the coronavirus, I totally forgot that I never posted about our reception dinner. It was always in the plans to since it was one of my favorite parts of planning but I think life just got in the way! So if you can indulge me for a second and take a trip back down memory lane.

Having a Small Wedding During Coronavirus

So who knew that our wedding last September would be a blueprint for so many brides during this time? I love the idea of a small wedding followed by a larger party at a later date. I also understand that some have always dreamed of the big wedding and that is ok too! Whether you are restructuring your wedding or postponing it, please know that my heart is with you.

The Disposable Camera Film From Our Wedding

About a month or two before the wedding, when I was planning out the welcome bags, I had this thought to include a disposable camera for everyone to snap and take photos during the week. The plan was to have them given out then developed and sent out with our Thank You cards after the wedding. And it about half got done!
