New York City Hudson Yards Apartment Tour Pt 1

New York City Hudson Yards Apartment Tour Pt 1

This apartment tour has been *years* in the making! Seriously, it's been on my yearly goals list since 2017, and the time has finally come. You know how life just seems to get in the way? That has been my issue. That and having too much stuff!! I didn't want the apartment to look cluttered. Every time I cleaned I told myself, we'd clean enough out to finally be able to shoot.

All photos were taken by Pret-a-Provost

And I mean we did but it was a few years later! But better late than never? What finally pushed me to shoot was the need to actually find someone to take over our lease. If you're interested, email akaestner@lgfairmont.com. Kind of crazy to even type out but we're hoping that if someone can take it over, we can have more options leading into the fall and winter.

It's obviously such a weird time in everyone's life right now and there is a lot of unknown. But today I want to keep this all upbeat and happy because this apartment is HAPPY.

It's my happy place and I don't think I'll ever get over how much I love this apartment and what it means to me. Getting to call this home for the past four years has been a BLESSING. It's insane how amazing this place is. It's spacious, bright, quiet, calming, and pretty big for NYC standards. Every day I wake up just happy to live here. It's that kind of place.

Thankfully I was able to do a deep cleaning of the apartment last week and Allie came over to shoot the place with me on Monday. We shot listing and blog photos, so it was kind of a two-for-one deal that worked out *perfectly*. We took a lot of photos so I'm going to break them into two parts. Today will be the kitchen/dining/living area and tomorrow will be the hallway/bathroom/bedroom areas!

If you want to see an empty apartment tour + moving vlog you can click here to check out this blog post. I linked as much as I can but let me know of any questions below. Enjoy!!
