Closet Challenge: Week 14-17

I've been slacking on getting dressed and taking photos, so here's a quick round-up of my recent closet challenge looks from the past few weeks. It's kind of inspiring to get dressed, but at the same time, I'm really feeling sweats lately.

Tuckernuck Dress c/o: The moment I saw this dress online I was in love! The print, the colors, and the shape of it are so dreamy!! It definitely looks best paired with a belt and I wear my normal size M in this dress. It doesn't have any stretch so I suggest sizing up if you're worried about it. I was able to wear this up to Westchester for a weekend and felt like a normal person again.

Navy Belt (same designer): I randomly bought this belt on a whim last year and man am I kicking myself for not buying it in other colors! I adore this belt and it goes with so much!! It's adjustable in the back so you can wear it any which way you want and it fits perfectly.

Navy Shoes c/o: I love my Hermes sandals (but hate the price tag) so I've been wanting to snag these in the navy for some summer options!

Stripe Top: This top is super cute. Did anyone else know C. Wonder is back?? It isn't the same quality as before but it's still a really nice top for the price! I runs way big so size down!

White Jeans: Some of my go-to white jeans (sadly sold out!) but they were $25 and I still wear them to this day!

Steve Madden Shoes: These are the best nude shoes for under $50. You'll wear them all the time for years. I would say they are great for summer travel and weddings but...

Time and True Purse: This purse is $11 and I've been using it a ton of different ways. Right now I'm using it for storage. I love that it's see-through and that the pouch inside is removable and super roomy.

Lisi Lerch Hat: My new favorite hat for summer. It has a great shape that holds true to itself, and you can customize the ribbon and bow/accessory! I've been wearing it out on our walks to cover my face.

Saint James Top: Quite possibly one of my favorite tops ever. I have it in red/white and now white/navy. The style and fit are so comfortable. It's worth the investment.

Madewell Jeans: My new favorite white jeans that I cannot stop raving about! So comfortable, super high waisted and some of my best sellers from this year.

Native Shoes: I picked these up in Nantucket last summer and they are so dirty right now, but easily the most comfortable shoes I own. They feel like nothing. I just need to wash them!!

Gingham Top: I have this style of top in three colorways and I adore it. It's super classy and preppy, and the gingham is just very me. I took a size small since it is pretty roomy. I can't wait to wear this more! I feel like it'll be with me for many years to come.

White Jeans: Again, the best white jeans.

White Top: I picked up this top at the end of last summer in a sale and am just now getting around to wearing it (#closetchallenge). It reminded me why I bought it in the first place! Not only is it really cute and extremely versatile, but it has a million buttons so the shirt doesn't gap around your boobs. It's kind of brilliant.

Levi's Jeans: My new mom jeans!! I've been reaching for these a lot, which goes against the closet challenge but c'est la vie. I need to rotate them out, but I've been having a lot of fun wearing them.

LSF Bow: Bows, bows, and more bows. I have fallen victim to the bow trend (since I was like 5 lol) and have been buying more lately. I love the material on this one where it stands up well without being too stiff.

Free People Bodysuit: I love this bodysuit. I was in a campaign with Sorel last year and was able to keep this from the fashion show (I didn't think they'd want a thong bodysuit back lol) and I just don't wear it enough. It's a wonderful material that hugs you in place, and the neckline is fun. I have it in a 3/4 sleeve version too and it's (so far) the only bodysuit I've actually liked! Wearing a TTS M.

AGOLDE Shorts: I've bought and returned these shorts like five times and have finally told myself to keep them after seeing how cute they looked on my sister. I'm not the most comfortable in shorts, but I'm trying to tell myself to get over it!! I always worry these are too short, but when I see photos I think they look fine.

Theory Top (currently 30% off): I did a pretty good job cycling through all my sweaters before the weather got too hot, but I do have a few short-sleeve sweaters I need to wear before it gets too bad outside. I love the Theory cashmere sweaters and have this in a few colors. I'm wearing a M here but I have the grey and navy in a small and really like the fit of that better. So I'm on the fence if I should still keep this one or not...

AG Jeans: These used to be my favorite jeans but are now currently in the "for sale" pile! Not only are they too big, but they're also so low-rise compared to what I'm used to. I spent the whole day pulling them up!

Black Headband: It's no longer fall or winter but a velvet black headband is allowed year-round right?? It's my fave.

Lou and Grey Dress: I pulled this out to get it out of the way and didn't like it! So it'll also be for sale soon (will be listing on Poshmark @kristalinn14). Just not for me.

DVF Dress: Switched over to this dress that I bought from RTR about two years back. One of my favorite DVF dresses to date and even though I'll probably never work in an office again, I plan on keeping this for a long time! It's a classic.

Lilly Pulitzer Tank: I got this in the After Party sale (I think) last year and it screams summer and old school Lilly so I'm here for it. I need to find more time to wear my old Lilly prints I've been hanging on to for so long!

Linen Shorts: These are old from STS and still some of my favorite shorts ever. They are the perfect lightweight linen material that I find wearing over and over in the summer.

Boss Top: I originally found this top in black during the Nordstrom sale and liked it so much I bought it in white. If you're looking for an easy, long, no-wrinkle, everyday white shirt this is for you! Size down.

Lilly Pulitzer Shorts: A new arrival for summer. Not often you see me in hot pink but I thought, "why not test the waters?" I ended up really liking these shorts! They are high waisted, comfortable and stretchy. Overall win.

Chanel Shoes: I remember waiting for these shoes to go out of style so I wouldn't want them anymore, then finding them at a great resale price a year or two ago and pulling the trigger. They are great but definitely not a "must-have." I love to wear them and they are comfortable (I wear a size 8 and wear a 39 in these) enough to wear almost all the time. Great summer and everyday shoe.

Ralph Lauren Top (similar): Possibly the oldest thing I have in my closet. This oxford is a classic that I'll never get rid of. I've had it since freshman year of college and they are my ride-or-die when it comes to button-ups. I prefer getting mine at the outlet stores!

Levis Jeans (see above!)

P447 Sneakers: These have pretty much replaced my Golden Goose sneakers for the stylish everyday shoe. They are about half the price and way more comfortable to wear. They're a good alternative for anyone looking for a similar style without spending $500.

Brixton Hat: I got this in March for our Florida trips and love the color of it. I have the lighter color and used to wear it all the time, but I find I've been reaching for this more often. Idk why. I wear a size M (if that matters at all... hats are weird) and have been sporting it on our walks to protect my face!
J. Crew Linen Top: It's a great linen top for summer. Super easy to wear, really versatile and comfortable! Size down.
