Do you ever just get stuck in the same outfit multipule times a month? It's the one you pack for a weekend away, one you throw on to meet friends or that one that you just feel good and want to wear more. This is my look.
SHOP MY LOOK HERE:
Dudley Stephens: Park Slope Turtleneck Fleece (in natural blush) / Mott and Bow: Jane High Waisted Jeans (that I can't stop wearing!) / Rent the Runway: Tara Jarmon Camel Coat / BaubleBar: Brianna Heart Hoop Earrings (currently 25% off!) / Chanel: Quilted Double Flap Bag / Chanel: Quilted Ballet Flats (more sizes and styles here)
This look just makes me want to sing, "these are a few of my favorite things" because they really are. First off, these jeans -- which I talked about earlier this week -- I am OBSESSED with. They are amazing and are seriously the only pair I've been reaching for when I need to get dressed. I brought them to Vegas and I'm bringing them home to Chicago and there is nothing other than yoga pants with me! I swear by these and can't imagine someone not loving them as much as I do.
If we're being totally honest since I now work from home, I haven't been getting dressed much. It's a lot of workout clothes and sweats because if I'm home, I'm being comfortable. But I of course have lunch meetings, nights out with friends and different events to attend and what am I wearing? This outfit.
I also totally drunk the kool-aid on the Dudley Stephens turtlenecks. They sent me a navy one at the end of last year and ever since I decided I need them in every color. I found (like a unicorn in the middle of the woods) a medium left in the color I wanted and was like oh snap I need it asap. They have been selling out so quickly I was SO LUCKY to find this one.
It's in the natural blush color and it's the perfect shade of light beige with a hint of color and it really does go with everything! As for sizing, I went with a Medium and it fits great. Doesn't stretch out and doesn't shrink so if you're in between sizes, definitely size up. I'm normally a M/6 so this was TTS for me! Also if you do find something on their site thats in stock, use code BOP20 for 20% off! I'm promoting Graces's code 1- to support her but 2- so you can get a deal too!
Next is this coat I'm renting from Rent the Runway. I'm like exclusively renting coats right now because who wants to spend money on coats?? Especially since I have like zero room to store them. It's kind of brilliant and I'm really loving this coat. I've had it with me for 2 (coming up on 3) months and it's great. It's not the warmest coat since it's still the middle of winter but it's great for a fashionable yet semi-warm look. Especially paired with the fleece, we're good to go!
And finally, my gold heart earrings. I am SO not a hoop girl but took a chance on these and l-o-v-e how they look. I think they are so chic and look so much more expensive then they actually are. Plus they're 25% off right now with the code FF25 making them $27! Can't get a better deal than that!
Then there are the wonderful Chanel items I'm wearing -- the quilted bag and flats. TBH these were added on for the photo to make it look cuter! I would normally wear boots since it's so cold out or my Golden Goose sneakers (which I've been wearing a ton lately). My bag would be my Senreve bag but its blue and I wanted to create a beige look.
I'm actually thinking of selling this Chanel bag (bought it second hand from Fashionphile). I kind of bought it on a whim and don't need to quilted double flaps (I also have one in navy) or two beige quilted Chanel bags (I also have a Kelly that I reach for more). So if you're interested, I'm thinking of selling it for $1,400. Email me! Wanted to offer it to you guys before I list it on Instagram.
