Two Simple White Summer Dresses

I've obviously been posting about a ton of white dresses lately for my fellow or soon-to-be brides! BUT I wanted to also share some simple white dresses for everyone to wear during the summer (bride or not). I love a good white dress + jean jacket for summer.

Ali & Jay (tank ruffle): Broderie Anglaise Sundress / Bardot (side cutout): Melanie Lace Minidress / Marc Fisher: Debora Slide Sandal (flat version here -- 20% off!) / Kut from the Same Kloth: Jean Jacket J. McLaughlin: Victoria Wicker Bag / Ray-Ban: Wayfarer Sunglasses / BaubleBar: White Resin Flower Earrings BaubleBar: Mini Monogram Necklace Cartier: Tank Francaise Watch Tiffany: Pearl Bracelet DiamondNexus: Tennis Bracelet c/o / David Yurman: Pearl Earrings

The dress with the cutouts on the side is admittedly more formal, but still something you can get away with at parties! There is something so fun about white eyelet dresses in the summer. They are lightweight, don't show sweat (that's HUGE for me lol) and can be dressed up or down.
Of the two, I think I prefer the Ali and Jay dress because it's a perfect brunch and out-for-the-day dress. I may be a bit biased because that's what I wore to brunch with Ashby last week, but still! It's perfect for when the summer heat rolls in and we all start to melt.
This dress is also great for work if your office is more on the casual side. My go-to in the summer was always a simple dress and jean jacket. It was great because I was able to bike (sans jacket) and not overheat, and when I stepped into work I threw it on and made a really cute look! I would normally pair them with Chanel flats (that's why I have so many) to dress it up.
For the Bardot dress, I love it for a good weekend party or backyard event. It would be super cute to wear on vacation as well. It's perfect for when you want to look cute but not overdresses/try hard. I'm envisioning the Hamptons or Nantucket for a night out. Simple slides, like the ones I have on, and a cute crossbody so you can be hands-free all night.
Which is your favorite?
