J CREW STRETCH PERFECT BODYSUIT REVIEW
After seeing a few friends like Carly and Julia rave about the J Crew bodysuits I thought I would give it a go for myself. It's a pretty weird concept and I'm not going to lie, it was kind of weird to wear too but this is coming from the girl who's already worn it twice in a week and is now blogging about it.
So I was pretty much trying to avoid bodysuits all costs because it honestly seemed like a hassle. But I'm a sucker for a white shirt and there is NOTHING more that I hate than ruining a good tuck. So last week the shirt went on sale and now here we are.
Things I don't like about the J Crew Stretch Perfect Bodysuit:
- The collar. I am more of a regular collar kind of girl and don't love the straight up style (but this is a personal preference and nothing to do with the actual shirt)
- The wrinkles. It's a pretty thin shirt overall and so therefore winkles pretty easy no matter what you do. It doesn't look bad but I'm just used to more of a thicker shirt that stays structred
Things I love about the J Crew Stretch Perfect Bodysuit:
- It stays tucked in. This is an obvious since it's (duh) a body suit but I feel like we underestimate how nice it is to go about your normal life and not have to worry about your shirt coming untucked. I love it!
- How easy it is. I was worried (especially going to the bathroom) about how hard it would be to use/wear but its actually pretty fool proof. It's simple with three snaps and that's it!
- It's not see through. Self explanatory... even for how thin it is!
- It's easy to manipulate. So the bottom of the suit is (at least on me) a half coverage bottom. I kind of just move it around and pull it up and there are no lines and its easy to wear/is comfortable.
Overall: I like it and I want to buy another color! Good thing today the white and the navy are on sale for $48. I think these J crew Stretch Perfect bodysuits are going to be great for now (especially for work) but also for summer since they are a thinner material and would be super cute with things like skirts!
