Last weekend Andrew and I went to Charlotte to celebrate Caitlin and Chris at their co-ed wedding shower. We had such a blast because we don't get to see either of them nearly enough so it was great to spend what little time we had with them in Winston and the next day at their shower in Charlotte.

It was so cold and really rainy which sucked but I did want to dress cute/semi casual -- since it was at a brewery-- so I decided on this bridal shower outfit above. I actually had older shoes on (as to avoid getting these wet), my hair in a low pony since it was rainy and with a bold rep lip.

I'm just glad I was able to break out this skirt even with the weather! I feel like gingham is the perfect spring and summer print and something that will never go out of style (at least in my mind lol). I got a size 6 in the skirt thinking I could size down but it was right on the edge of being too tight. It was obviously fine especially with this shirt but I would say it for sure runs TTS for J. Crew (would have been fine with the 8).

As for this top I cannot say enough good things about it! Obviously it's great on it's own as a perfect white top to wear, but the secret is in the reversible nature. Both sides are basically exactly the same BUT you don't have to worry about spilling on your shirt. If you do, just flip it over! I don't know why I think that is just so great but I do!

AND guys!!!! So exciting! I know you all love my Hermes wedges and while there aren't too many for resale out there I did find a REALLY cute pair that are pretty identical and a fraction of the cost. They come in brown and white and are almost too cute to pass up!
