Weekend Update: November 3

Cannot believe it's NOVEMBER! What? Where has this year gone? If anyone can find it, please call me.

Before we pop into it, I would LOVE for you guys to fill out a short Holiday content form for the blog! I'm rewarding readers who reply and would really love to hear from you all.

Shopping:
Suede skirt (great for work)

Reading: I just started reading After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid to give me a nice break from all the crazy thrillers I've been reading.

NYC Life: I started out the week celebrating my friends 30th with a surprise wine bar night with our best friends, then went out for Halloween (that now feels like forever ago) to Troy and danced the night away. Took Wednesday off to gear up for Thursday and another friends dinner at Puglia. It was SO much fun but boy was it crazy. I really recommend getting a group, planning a night and going. You won't regret it!

Weekend Plans: Just laying low. We have a really big November and December travel calendar coming up (New Orleans, Chicago, Turks and Atlanta to name a few) and I'm personally enjoying the weekends we have left at home. This week was also kind of a blur with the World Series ending, fighting off a cold and stressing over Dixie (she had an emergency visit to the doctor for a possible UTI). Not to mention I'm resting up from Thursday night. So NO PLANS this weekend other than straight chillin'.

Most Popular Item This Week: These booties!

Favorite Finds:

A Must Read: I read Mud Vein this past weekend and GUYS IT WAS SO GOOD. Gotta pick it up

Song of the Week: "Landscape" by Florence + the Machine which was a song that really helped tell the story above. I love them both

Amazon Purchases of the Week: Not too much on this front other than two new boots for winter -- one fur lined flat boot and one shearling lined wedge!
