Mix + Match Holiday

Another holiday look at The Plaza, the mecca of all holiday decor in the city! It's the best place to be in December (but get there early to avoid the crowds!)

I was able to snag this skirt during the Black Friday sale and I'm so happy I did! I LOVE the skirt. The perfect plaid colors, the length, the pleats, it's very school uniform-esque but I really dig it. I think it'll be perfect to wear now and again later when the temps get warmer. I also have a thing for J. Crew skirts, so that probably doesn't help my addiction.

I wanted to make it a little more holiday so I paired it with a red sweater and loved the look. I wore this to work last week (with flats instead of boots) and got a lot of compliments.

As for this sweater, I think it's my best kept secret. But Vineyard Vines has the BEST cable knit cashmere sweaters. I own four of them and they hold up SO well, are really soft and extremely warm. They also don't break the bank. I order down and wear the size small for reference!
