Anyone else trying to get in the mindset for fall but are blocked by this H-O-T weather we're having? Same! So I wanted to share two different ways to get in the fall theme without dying of heat exhaustion.
One: buy yourself some booties. Booties go with everything and they just make you happy (well at least they make me happy). They're perfect for all sorts of weather and are great when you need a little something different. They can make or break any outfit and with Lucky Brand, you can never go wrong.
I've been a long time lover of Lucky Brand shoes and clothing -- it's my California roots in me! But they always seem to impress me by nailing it on the head when it comes to fall looks. I mean their selection of booties are unmatched!
So many great pairs are now online at Zappos (the only place you should be shopping for shoes) and the sooner you get them in the sooner you can start to act like fall is near. And with Zappos super fast shipping and free returns you can test them out and send them back if you don't love them (but you will).
Two: get a nice sweater. I totally fell in love with this waterfall cardigan when I was shopping online and I love it even more in person! I'm actually wearing it right now as I write this :) It's just so so soft and really comfortable. And as you can see, super versatile (like all Lucky Brand items are).
*SIZING NOTE* the sweater runs TTS (I got a M), the wedge Yamina booties are TTS (I'm wearing an 8) but the lace up echoh booties run about a half size small -- I got an 8 but I need an 8.5!
