To be completely honest, when I find a closet staple -- especially one I can wear to work -- that is under $100 I think I've hit the jackpot. Work clothes are SO expensive! So finding this dress that is right under $100 was a major score.
When it comes to work clothes I really try and buy quality vs quantity. The last thing I want to share with you guys is something that you spend your hard earned money on that then falls apart in a couple months. Most of the clothes I wear to work are years and years old and have lasted the tails of time so I know that when I buy something I can wear to work it's truly and investment.
For dresses to work, I usually go the fit and flare route but there is something so sophisticated about this dress in particular. It made me feel good when I put it on -- like BAB (which is the acronym I use for boss ass bi... you get it). It's a very conservative office look without being out of date or too old. One thing though is that since it is a wrap dress the V on the neckline can get low -- I would either pin it or just make sure you're not bending over too far!
I also l-o-v-e a good work to play dress. My weeks after work are sometimes filled with events, dinners or drinks with friends and you want something that makes you look presentable when you go out. I feel like this dress is very "in" right now (without being too trendy) and is a great little number if you want to dress appropriate for the office but also super cute for after!

Once again this bag is part of my under $100 work bag review and is actually the one I'm wearing to work this week while my neverfull is getting fixed. I'm ALL about wearing a big tote for work so you can throw anything and everything into it.
