This dress was a recent purchase from the #NSale (see the full review of it here) and I totally love it. I think it is super flattering, can be worn now and later and is a great price from the sale! It's also so so perfect for work.

Fit and flare dresses are pretty great on every body because they ecentuate your upper body in a form fitting way, hit you at the waist (your smallest part) and then go out from there. So if you have hips or not, it works. 

The material of the dress is also a little stretchy so it helps really make the dress fit everyone. It's true to size and you will not be disappointed in this dress! You can see my other Cynthia Steffe Dresses HERE (and you'll see I love this brand!)
