What is more nautical than wearing Vineyard Vines stripes on a boat in Nantucket? Close to nothing I would think... I totally forgot I had these pictures left over from my recent trip! Remember we stayed on this boat?

Before the trip, I stocked up on some Vineyard Vines goodies (see the oxford here) and my favorite piece was this pullover! I first laid eyes on the pullover in their spring and summer preview and I knew I needed it right away.

I was so happy when it finally came out I think I snagged it that day! It's just like the classic shep shirt style but with a fun new twist-- it's in windbreaker fabric. I love that they kept the same style but made it a bit more fun for rain with the navy stripes and yellow accents.

I'm also obsessed with the hood on this! It is stored and tucked away in the neck of the jacket and you can just whip it out anytime you feel like it. PLUS it's also really easy to get back in. Which I feel like is usually a difficult thing...

I can't wait to wear this all year round! It rains SO much in the city out of nowhere it feels so I'm glad to finally have some preppy protection.

Some other fun Vineyard Vines products that have converted the shep pullover is this coverup and this american flag shep

AND if you're interested, Vineyard Vines also makes another rain jacket that's more heavy duty and full zip!

Don't forget the Nordstrom sale is still going on!! Amazing deals on Barbour AND there are new things added everyday!
