This weather lately has been amazing. Like truly amazing! It's also just fostering my obsession with skirts. They're the perfect go-to for fall. Even if your boyfriend thinks you look like a school teacher -___-

A fun way to make any outfit a little more fall-ish is to pair it with a fun pair of booties. These bad boys are from Aerosoles and they are so genuinely comfortable! I've even been wearing them to work recently -- they're great for the city.

I'm apart of their #fashionthatfeelsgood fashion blogger style off contest NOW so be sure to go vote for me then. I wanted to style these booties two different ways: regularly and then with a little fur showing. That's half the fun of the booties so I wanted to make sure to highlight the best part when wearing them.

Also great announcement that this plaid skirt (that comes in two other colors) is less than $20 today. That is such a steal I'm going back today for another color. Gah-- gotta love a good sale like that!

  4. I love this outfit - very polished and preppy yet rough and unexpected with the boots! Wish I could wear boots and layers, but down here in Australia the heat is getting out of control!

    1. I'm in the USA. They are predicting a cold, wet, winter where I live. Summer heat sounds so nice right now! I wish I could go on Holiday to visit your country!

  6. Ok I had teachers and I used to work with teachers! They never looked this cute! When I worked with teachers I was scared to look cute at work because the little 6th-8th grade boys would hit on me! AWKWARD MUCH? Why yes it was!
