Barbour Beadnell Jacket

Really excited to finally debut my new Barbour jacket for this season! This is my fourth (I know, a little obsessed right?) Barbour and I'm pretty pumped. My first one was a classic olive utility jacket and my second was a red one I scored on ebay. The third was a quilted green one from J.Crew waiting to be worn. When I think of Barbour jackets I always think of the most classic: the Bedale. It became so popular over the years, they eventually made one for ladies called the Beadnell (which is the one I'm wearing today).

For a little over a year now, I had my eye on the Beadnell and this season I knew I wanted to make it mine. I opted for the navy because I already have the olive and Lord knows I don't need another black jacket. I've had it for a couple weeks with limited time to wear it because of the weather, but this weekend gave me the opportunity and I took it. I will say they're investment pieces, but the price tag is worth it, promise! They last so long and Barbour has amazing customer service.

For this jacket, I ordered my regular size US 6. This style is very true to size and even a little roomy (aka room for your layers). For the utility jacket, I sized up to a US 8. I could have gone for a 10 for a little more room. Hope this helps!

I also love to layer, but we already know that by now.
