Happy end of October! WHERE did this month go? If you could find it and let me know, that would be great. But with it now being November that means technically we can start getting into the holiday season. Hehehe I'm ALL in this year. Celebrating and planning early -- let's do this! But don't worry, I'm not one of those people who just looks past Thanksgiving, oh no no. A major food holiday? Yes please!

Pumpkin Picking

I finally went pumpkin picking and I loved it (as you'll see from the photos below). Not only did we pick out some amazing pumpkins this late in the season, we also carved them later that day. It was like we were kids again and it was awesome.

Fall Engagement Party with Camilyn Beth

I've never been as obsessed with fall as I am this year. The trees are at peak color, the weather is cool but not cold and the sun in shining. We were driving around this past weekend and -- wowza -- were the trees just so spectacular. I feel like this is the first true fall I can remember in a while.

Not going to lie... this week did not fly by quickly at all. Had a lot of ups and quite a bit of downs but if nothing else it just reminds me to tell those around me how much I love them and to call my parents more! They seem to make everything so much better (always). How did they become such great people?!

This has been such a fun week! With postseason baseball going on, my world has totally been revolving around that and I have just remembered how amazing the whole time is! I've been extra busy, but have been enjoying the whole process.

We had so much fun in San Fransicso and half of our time there was just finding new places to eat. The food selection there isn't as amazing as NYC (I mean, nothing is) but it was definitely impressive! But my favorite spot during our time there? Nopa.

Is it me or did this week just fly by? The weather is officially cool daily here so I think it's safe to say we're in fall territory. Now if the leaves would just start to change colors in the city and stay like that till spring, that would be great. Anyone else hoping winter is a quick one? Let's recap my week!

One of my favorite places in Chelsea is The Meatball Shop. It holds a lot of special memories for me for a variety of reasons but also has some really, really good food (why I keep coming back)! Who knew I would like meatballs so much.

Friday Five October 2nd

Can we just take a moment to talk about the fact that it's OCTOBER?! It's that crazy to anyone else but me? Where has the time gone? I had such a fun (but stressful) week I'm excited to head to Atlanta this weekend to spend time with the fam bam.

I get to meet my newborn niece for the first (!!) time and I start to cry just thinking about it. But once I get back (hopefully on time due to this hurricane) it's going to be ALL baseball for the month. Postseason is almost here and I'm so excited!!
