Vineyard Vines Holiday 2022

Can you believe it's been ten years of this tradition? I mean, I'm not even really blogging anymore (as obvious by the fact that my last post was last year's shoot). But these photos and this tradition is not something I ever plan on giving up. If not for just a year-end update for you guys?

It's been a wonderful but stressful year.

Vineyard Vines Holiday 2021

And we thought last year was a doozy... in un-Christmas-like spirit, The Palace Hotel is doing renovations this holiday season and they didn't put up their tree! Which left our little tradition up in the air.

25 Days of Christmas Movies

It's December and you know what that means! Time to turn up some holiday music, bring out the decorations, and snuggle up to some movies. Last year Andrew and I started the tradition of watching a holiday movie every day of December, leading up to Christmas and I wanted to share our list with you all this year.

My 2021 Gift Guides For Her, Him, Parents, and Stocking Stuffers

Truth be told, holiday shopping and gift guides can be really overwhelming. In years past I've done it all but this year, I've really focused on a "less is more" approach to holiday shopping for myself and others this year. However, I did want to put together 4 thoughtful gift guides to (hopefully) cover everyone on your list and for every budget. I really just went off of what I have and love and what I've given and had loved!

So I hope you can enjoy a more simple approach to gift guides this year and you're able to find something for everyone on your list (or at least be inspired!).

Bow Napkin Fold

Bow Napkin Fold

I won't be heading home for Christmas to see my family which I am really sad about, but know deep down it's what's best. So to try and make light of a sad situation, Andrew and I decided to host his parents for a Christmas Eve dinner.

December Q&A

I wanted to finish answering the rest of the questions from last night's Q&A on Instagram stories! There were a lot of questions I didn't get to and thought I would answer them here!

Our Holiday Home Decor

Things truly fell into place yesterday when decorating the house, just as I was cursing the holiday gods the day before lol. I could not be happier. I couldn't wait a moment more to show you guys!

For Mom Gift Guide

For Mom Gift Guide

Ok someone tell me why moms are SO hard to shop for. I know some people think it's harder for the guys in your life, but seriously, mom's know what they want and get it themselves. It's hard to come up with ideas for things they didn't know they needed. For today's gift guide, I rounded up items I've bought the moms in my life (for Christmas and beyond) in hopes of helping you think outside the box!

Cozy at Home Gift Guide Pt 1

Small Business Gift Guide: Part 2

Small Business Gift Guide: Part 2

We are back with Part Two of the small business gift guide!! I noticed after I posted yesterday that I think almost all of the businesses were owned by women and I believe today is no different. It's so cool to me that women are taking over the marketplace and creating things we love and use every day. Today's small businesses are also mostly minority-owned, which I thought was extra important to highlight this holiday season!

Small Business Gift Guide: Part 1

Small Business Gift Guide: Part 1

WOW, October 28th and I'm sharing my first gift guide of the year?! Who am I? Gift guides usually start in November but I thought it was best to get this out sooner rather than later because of shipping delays. I wanted to highlight and show my love for the small businesses in my life and in my home. I wanted to give them extra extra love this holiday season. It's important to help support small businesses when we can -- this year more than ever -- and so here we are.

Today will be Part One and tomorrow will be Part Two. I split it up to give equal love to a lot of stores that I think you should shop at, but also present them in a way that's not too overwhelming. Please enjoy and shop small!!

Holiday Planning (I Need Your Help!)

Holiday Planning

I can't tell you how excited I am for the holiday season this year! I'm obviously trying to focus on the positive because it's going to be really hard being away from family. Our plans are a little up in the air currently as we try to work around being able to see my mom (who has autoimmune issues) and my sister (whose husband is an essential worker). So instead of thinking about it too much, I'm trying to think of all the great things.
