To say I have an obsession with this sweater is an understatement. I have it in six colors and it is by far the BEST and most-worn sweater I own. And it's back in stock!
J.Crew Supersoft Yarn Sweater
I was browsing new arrivals last night (as one does) and my heart skipped a beat when I saw that my FAVORITE sweater is back for 2020!!! I cannot say enough about this sweater. I seriously wear it all the time. It's a classic that you'll have in your closet for years to come.
I would say it's one of my "holy grail" closet items, and one of the best kept secrets at J. Crew! I feel like no one I know has it or talks about it, but you can tell from the near 300 4+ star reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way!!

Why I love it:
1. It's SUPER soft. They're not kidding with the name "super soft yarn." The material is comfortable and easy to wear against your skin. No itchy fabric around!
2. The mock neck is a no-fuss neckline. There are times when turtlenecks get to be too difficult with folding and laying properly. With this, you get the look of a turtleneck without having to deal with it. And it doesn't come up as high so it's much more comfortable.
3. It's warm. Half the reason I wear this continually throughout fall and winter is that it's the perfect layering sweater when you want something simple but warm. Paired with a blazer or jacket, you are totally good to go!
Sizing:
I wear a size small in this. I'm normally a medium in most tops, but with J. Crew, I find myself sizing down. This has a TON of stretch to it, so don't worry about it being too tight. There is room to move around.
Suggested colors:
They have 10 colors, most of them being new for 2020 so you really have your pick of options. But I suggest going with some classic neutrals. Find what you wear the most or what pairs best with your closet for the most versatile options. I wear my tan and white sweaters the most!
