My Favorite Bras in Every Category

Before we hop into this post, I want to make clear that I take my bra recommendations VERY seriously. I have never wavered in this department because I feel like if you have a bad bra, you have a bad day and I don't want that for anyone. So JUST KNOW that what I'm about to share will be your next ride-or-die bra.

(Starting with the sports bra on the left-hand side)

High Impact Sports Bra // Lululemon Enlite Bra: This bra runs TTS and I wear a 34DD. If you're bigger chested like me, then you know the PAIN of working out or doing anything high impact without *the toughest* sports bra. For a while, I was really loving and wearing the Wacoal high impact sports bra, but it wasn't the cutest -- and my friends let me know every chance they could lol.

So when I stumbled upon this bra in Lulu (was on the sale rack at the time!!) I fell in love. Not only was it THE BEST high impact sports bra I've ever used, but it was also really cute and didn't look like a grandma bra lol. I know it's probably a little more than you'd normally like to pay for a bra ($98), but I promise you it is 1000% worth every penny. You'll never need another sports bra again,  except when you go back for this in more colors.

Runner Up: Wacoal Underwire Sports Bra

Low Impact Sports Bra // Outdoor Voices TechSweat Crop Top: I'm pretty much a medium in all Outdoor Voices apparel, but I think I could fit into a small with this bra/crop top. I would suggest if you're in-between sizes to size down! Not that the M is big, but it can get a little loose around the chest! I personally love this bra for low-impact workouts mainly because I'm one of those girls who likes to work out without a shirt. I feel like it's a NY thing? idk. My go-to is a sports bra and high waisted leggings.

I love that it's a longer bra and gives more coverage, which is also why they call it a crop top. It's great for things like yoga and pilates where you're not moving around much. OV, in general, is a great brand to wear when working out. It has removable, thin cups as well!

Runner Up: Harper Wilde "The Move" Sports Bra

(Bras on the right-hand side)

T-Shirt + Everyday Bra // Harper Wilde Base Bra: This is the bra I wear pretty much every day. It seems to be the perfect bra for just about every occasion, and it's comfortable. Everyone has their own preferences with bras, but I look for mine to be super full coverage, no padding, and comfortable. This bra hits all of those requirements. It's classified as the perfect t-shirt bra and they aren't joking!

I don't know how they do it, but this bra doesn't show through anything I wear -- even the thinnest of white tops. It's like magic. It has really great support as well. I wouldn't go running in it, but compared to other bras this is my favorite in terms of holding up the girls and making it so they don't hurt! If you were to get any bra from this list, this would be my absolute go-to recommendation. I wear my normal size 34DD

Runner UpWacoal Fire and Lace Contour Bra

Bralette // Tommy John Comfort Smoothing Bralette: This is my newest (and quickly becoming my most favorite) bra, and -- WOW -- I am obsessed with it. I love the *idea* of bralettes, but for someone with a larger chest, it's pretty much out of the question. I used to wear my Harper Wilde bralette (linked below) all the time around the house but found that after a few hours the weight of non-support would really start to hurt.

Then this bralette came into my life and it hits the checklist for everything I wanted and needed. It doesn't have a wire, but it has much more support than any other bralette I've tried. It also has really thin cups to help with shape and a bit of support. Honestly, it's the perfect bra to wear during a pandemic lol. When you're home and want to be comfortable but don't want to really wear a bra, this is what you need. OH! And a big positive about this is it's a totally seamless, smoothing bra so no more back rolls lol. I take a size M!

Runner UpHarper Wilde "The Bliss" Bralette

Strapless // Harper Wilde "The Flex" Bra: I need to come out and say it ... all strapless bras SUCK. It really is the never-ending cycle of hating strapless bras because they are too tight, but needing them to be tight so they don't fall down.

It's really about which strapless bras suck the least. I've found three that are pretty interchangeable in my opinion, so it was hard to pick which one I recommend the most since they all have their own downfalls. You can't really go wrong with any of these, so I picked what I wore last and that's my HW bra! Definitely size up. The cups were super small in my normal size.

Runner UpSimone Perele Strapless Bra and Wacoal Red Carpet Strapless Bra
