It's officially October 1st and that means the fall season (at least for me) has begun! Bring on the pumpkins, the fall leaves, apple picking, Halloween... THE LIST GOES ON!

One of the things that I have really loved about Andrews's family living so close to the city is that we can escape to suburbia on the weekends. We have a car, we get a home-cooked meal, and we get to do regular people things that we miss out on in New York.

This past weekend I asked if we could go to the local nursery in his town (honestly because their fall decor looked amazing every time we drove by) and while Andrew was reluctant, he ended up really loving it -- he had never been before! They had some amazing stuff in there and their selection of pumpkins and gourds were so beautiful... we even ended up buying a few for the apartment.

And sure this isn't the *most* practical outfit, I sure did love wearing it. I got in this Free People bodysuit after just lusting for a good bright white top that won't pucker out of my pants/skirts. I'm not a fan of bodysuits but I gave this one a try after seeing it online and I have to tell you -- I really love it!! It takes some getting used to but I'm all in on the top -- I'm even tempted to buy more!

In terms of sizing, I bought the small and medium (knowing whichever didn't fit I could return to Nordstrom with no issue) and the medium ended up being great. It is very tight so I do suggest if you're in between sizes to order up!

For the skirt... I just LOVE wearing fall skirts. I don't know why or how it started but UGH wool skirts are my esthetic... I mean I even have a full tag dedicated to it on my blog! There is seriously nothing I love more than a good fall skirt when the temps get cooler and this one caught my eye right away. The colors were a perfect shade of beige and pink that just screamed fall. I cannot say enough good things about this skirt, honestly!
