ONE: Create an Account
This is THE most important thing!! Creating an account is crucial to the After Party Sale process and creating an account now will save you time tomorrow (and probably a few dresses). You can create an account HERE.
Be sure to add your credit card and shipping information now so it's just on file for tomorrow morning. You will thank me later!
TWO: Login TODAY
If you've just created an account, great! You should be all set. If you already have an account, make sure to login to it sometime today. The site will go down between 6:30 - 8:30 Monday morning so be sure you are into you account before then. It will save you time and stress tomorrow during the sale.
THREE: Set A Reminder + Read Up
Get out your phone and set a TON of reminders! I usually have my alarm set for 7:30, 7:45 and 7:50 just to be sure! You seriously cannot miss this sale -- its the best one of the year.
*IMPORTANT TIP* Remember right before 8am, keep refreshing until the site is live. When the page changes DO NOT REFRESH YOUR PAGE! I learned this one the hard way because I kept refreshing but didn't know I was already in the line. Once you are in the line stay there. Refreshing will make it so you're placed in the back of the line every time. #UGH
And with that, I suggest you read up on all the FAQ from the Lilly Pulitzer page. They have a TON of great information and really important things to know on there. It's a huge help and will seriously answer all of your questions about tomorrow.
FOUR: Refine Your Size + Know What You Want
This is a tip and trick I suggest every year and one that always helps me find the best stuff! Things go so quickly during the sale you really can't waste any time looking at things that have already sold out in your size. Unsure about your size? Lilly Pulitzer has this great technology called True Fit that can find your ideal size based on a 60 second survey. You can take it here.
I've worn Lilly for as long as I can remember and I can say that they run pretty TTS. I'm a 6/M in the dresses and tops and a 8 in bottoms for reference. If you're still a little weary about sizing, find your local store and try some things on!
FIVE: Check Out ONCE
This is something new from the last After Party Sale but be sure to get everything you want and CHECK OUT ONCE! Once you check out you will be placed back at the end of the line and that will be it. It'll take forever, things will be gone and you will be sad. So shop quickly, get what you really want and go from there!
